All of the data that we display is publicly available and does not breach any GDPR for any of the influencers or content creators.
Data for all influencers has been sourced and checked and validated by ourselves and is all correct and functional at the time of publishing. All data is currently displayed in English only. The purchasing of a list pass entitles list access from the purchasing device. Unlimited list viewing is permitted for the duration of the access pass and content theft is prohibited. Full list viewing is permitted immediately after purchase of a list access pass, hence refunds are not permitted. The term DM is occasionally used in the contact information box – where a particular influencer has not made a direct email address known publically. The influencer is still willing to accept DM’s (Direct Messages) via one or all of their social media platforms. This might require you (the person seeking the promotional services of the influencer) to have you own account on a given social media platform(s). If the influencer has for any reason temporarily disabled their direct message acceptance, we advise attempting other contact methods such as tagging the influencer in a post or commenting on their recent posts so as to get their attention. Influencers are humans who have varying life circumstances so at times a little patience might be a fair deployment so as to be able to strike a beneficial relationship and business deal between yourselves. All email addresses and account usernames are accurate, functional and deemed of high quality at the time of publishing. On occasion influencers can exercise their personal rights to change these details as they so feel, in line with their own personal and business desires.

List prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect List purchases which we have already accepted. The list provides automatic access to updates and monthly growth of newly sourced influencer contacts. We will continually review our list to ensure we are increasing our representation and diversity of contacts from all backgrounds. We provide the opportunity for customers to reach out and communicate with these influencers and cannot guarantee a response. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion which we may decide.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you purchase List Passes from us. We’re committed to establishing, promoting and supporting a culture of inclusivity & diversity across our wide range of influencer contacts of which we strive to ensure reflects all our customers worldwide.

We endeavour to do all that we can to provide a greener, more eco-friendly service. Every email processed uses electricity. This is used not only to run the computer, server and routers, but also to manufacture the equipment. To produce this electricity, fossil fuel power plants burn carbon fuels such as coal, oil or gas. As such, our websites’ functionality is regularly being reviewed, simplified and streamlined. One of the ways we reduce our carbon footprint further is by disabling client invoice sending. All purchases are however logged on our database, and can be forwarded to the purchasers inbox upon request. We store these order records for the duration of the list access purchased. All purchases made will result in automatic access to, and full visibility of, the list of influencers. Every purchase will be met with a transaction receipt being sent to the clients email inbox/spam-box directly from PayPal. The functionality of our website guarantees that full list access is automatically granted upon success processing of a PayPal/Card payment. As such, refunds will never be permitted, and agreeing to these terms is a requirement prior to purchase.

Any purchased list access pass is device specific, which allows full access of the list of influencers to be enjoyed by users of the device used to purchase the access-pass. Any desires for using alternative devices will require that another pass is purchased, from the alternate device, using a different email address if the purchase coincides with an active list access pass. If a user wishes to use another device for viewing the list, a fresh pass can be purchased under the same email address once the current list access pass reaches its expiration.
